ABOUT ALEKS GREY
Aleks Grey, the guy who wears a red beanie so that his mum can always find him at the mall, has with his fragile, quirky pop songs received airtime on radio and been streamed in closer to 50 countries all over the world. In addition, he has received positive reviews in magazines and blogs.
He has performed at festivals in both Norway and Germany, and played a lot in England. His single ‘Feel Alive’ received global attention via radio, reviews and articles. He and the band played live for BBC Merseyside and did a double session for Great Britain’s largest youth magazine “The Student Pocket Guide”.
His debut EP ‘Souls’ was released in 2015 and has been called an “epic collection of pop piece”. It was nominated for “The Best Solo Record of the Year” by LMS in England and made it onto the list of “The 25 best indie albums of 2015” in the American magazine Jammerzine.
In July 2016, he received the “Song Link Award” for the song ‘Unstoppable’. This song was used in a BBC Radio 4 show. The same year, he performed at The Etihad Stadium in Manchester. In 2021, he was listed on Norwegian radio with ‘I Can’t Make it Better’ and ‘Myself Hurt’
